You have to beat them with a stick. You do that a couple times they won't come. It's rather shocking that Europe has n't taken the refugees and put them somewhere where they can 'process' them. I remember reading that England has Rwanda as a place where they'll potentially one day will send people for processing. And then doesn't Australia have an island where they put people? Economic development will just go to the 10 rich people that live there and Dikembe will still be eating dirt patties for dinner and wanting europe to save it and it's 9 spawns. Yep...

And look at South Africa. Blacks took over a functioning country and now they can't even keep the electrical grid running. It's all money down the drain. It needs to stop.
