The Guard is continuing to make and install the barriers in defiance of a Supreme Court order that now allows for the feds to take them down.

There is nothing in the court's ruling that says the Texas National Guard can't install new wire, or even maintain the existing wire. All the Supreme Court did was strike down a ruling that the feds couldn't take down the wire. They said nothing about what Texas can or can not do.

As it stands now Homeland Security can either chose to leave the wire alone or take it down. Texas has the right to install new wire. Where the fun begins is if the feds try to stop Texas from installing new wire. That could get spicy.

I never thought that I would ever see anything like this during my lifetime. What a time to be alive.
