Multiple GOP members have taken a strong stance against birthright citizenship. In 2018, former President Donald Trump said he would remove birthright citizenship via executive order, which didn't happen.
In his 2024 campaign, President Trump has reiterated his position on the matter. In a May video, President Trump promised to sign an executive order on day one of his second term to solve the issue.
The problem with doing this via E.O. is as soon as a democrat is back in power they will reverse it. Biden certainly would have. This needs to be passed via congress and signed into law.
This has never been ruled on by the Supreme Court, it has been effectively an EO the whole time. If you look back to historical records (newspaper articles etc.) it was clearly stated by the proponents that this would never apply to any foreign national, including diplomats and their children.
The 14th Amendment was always limited to niggers by the intent of the proposers of the original Amendment but jews are going to jew. As always.
This is why no commie scumbag has ever tried to bring to court the whole anchor baby situation, they would all be declared illegal with the stroke of a pen.
On a personal note, where I live, they never grant Citizenship just by being born on their territory, the Citizenship is transfered from the parents to the child. End of story.
I don't think most people realize that birth right citizenship is not a thing in a lot of other countries.
