I'm not, I am an expat American. It's kinda funny, I've lived over here longer than I did in the States so at this point who knows what the fuck I am.

That being said, I was just back in Cali in July and I didn't see anything over a 4 and here in Prague 8s and 9s are extremely common. Occasional 10s but that has been a handful over the years. That's just walking down the street mind you, some of the "special functions" that I have attended were all 10s.
