They're mostly always pajeets on e-scooters and e-bikes. It's the great replacement. I refuse to order food because of them.
They constantly rip through stop signs, red lights, don't follow road rules and look like idiots with their giant cube backpacks. If I was a cop, I'd set up near busy junctions and ticket them endlessly.
