Good to know. Might know enough people that they would collect/give brass for cheap. That would solve part of the problem. I had a co-worker many years ago that sold reloads. If I remember correctly he had to have some permit for it but I don't think you need one to reload for yourself? Guess I have a lot of reading to do.
