this whole debacle is a great example of why interventionist foreign policies must be avoided in the first place. in fact our whole foreign policy is a shitshow, has been for decades. we should be supporting russia in protecting the donbass, recognizing ukraine as the sesspool of corruption it is, and staying the fuck out of the middle east.
