Yeah but this is just stating a scientific fact on a shirt.

By the logic of this ruling, you also couldn’t wear a shirt that says “the earth is round” because it might offend a flat-earther.

Hell, for that matter, you really couldn’t wear a shirt that says anything because someone might disagree with it.

What about a shirt that says “Jesus is Lord” and because a Muslim student thinks otherwise, you can’t wear it either.

It’s a stupid slippery slope to go down, and is definitely unconstitutional..especially given that the school itself plasters gay shit all over the halls, forcing its messaging on students like the one in the article.

Now, had the student worn something that said “trannies should die”, that could be considered harassing or bullying language.

But that ain’t the case here.

This is as stupid as wearing a shirt that says “2+2=4” and then being told to remove it because “someone doesn’t like math”.
