This is absolutely crazy. Meanwhile, people with legitimate medical problems incur outrageous premiums, deductibles and co-pays, sometimes pushing them into bankruptcy.
Where is the line with this? For example, what about a biological female who doesn't feel female bc she has small breasts? Should her breast enlargement be covered so that she feels like a woman?
