Nope, you're wrong again. You may want to look at the laws regarding conduct on Federal and also private property.

Federal and private property are two very different things. No law shall be made restricting expression. Any such law is unconstitutional. To the extent that those in power subvert the constitution that is tyranny and is no more lawful than if someone randomly attacked you.
