The Constitution was written to protect your rights from being infringed by the Federal Government. It's a conflict of interest, and unconstitutional, that the Federal Government gets to decide what is and isn't Constitutional?

It's a complicated situation to be sure, should it be a matter of putting Constitutional rights to a vote of the people (after being invaded by a gazillion shitskins) or being able to trust that your elected officials will put constitutionalists on the courts.

I decided to kick the can down the road and voted with my feet.
