It's a complicated situation to be sure, should it be a matter of putting Constitutional rights to a vote of the people (after being invaded by a gazillion shitskins) or being able to trust that your elected officials will put constitutionalists on the courts.

I decided to kick the can down the road and voted with my feet.

Literally everybody is following Bruen, there have been multiple overturns of gun laws over the past months. Multiple.

This seems to be a case where the lower courts hadn't decided on the matter so the Supreme court just threw it back down to them.
