The pakis and blacks here in the uk often use public bins when they run out of space in their own bins, the other thing I see all the time is when they have a fridge or sofa or anything else really that they've finished with , they just dump it outside, like anyone else wants their shit. It's more about the local council removing it at our(taxpayers) expense. They're just dirty scummy cunts i.m.h.o, not worth pissing on if on fire. I've seen noticed placed on bins by the local council starting that the bins will be removed if household rubbish continues to be put in them. They take no fucking notice, dirty bastards.
