So shoe strings and now bottle openers are machine guns according to these people. At this point they should just publish a list of things that aren't machine guns.

Staircases too if you include the early p320s.

And solid blocks of aluminum are just 0% AR lower recievers. And sheets of 1mm steel are just 0% AK recievers.

We all know now that just because the 'DOJ says' doesnt mean its right....

Now fucking charge and imprison anybody that sells, transfers or owns metal coat hangers or wire longer then 2 inches. Which has been argued and won already by Defense Distributed.

Hold on. So DOJ believes it's thr gun at fault for shooting children, but a piece of metal is not at fault for needing to be dremelled out in 40 minutes to assemble into a riffle? Holy shit this is a new level of retardation. Its not like the card is partially cut out. You have to dremil it out yourself.

This is them trying ti make an example of anyone daring to create or modify weapons.

So DOJ believes...

It has nothing whatsoever to do with anything the anyone "believes" at the atf or the doj, or anywhere else in the entire us.gov for that matter. Belief has fuck-all to do with anything that they are doing because thay have none. It's about supporting the "Current Officially Approved Narrative" and doing everything in their collective power to move the ball down the field.

How is this not a 1st amendment issue? They must have had piss poor lawyers or something so get railed so hard.

At what point are they just going to outlaw all machining/manufacturing equipment and creative thought?

You can build a slam fire shotgun for like $20 at home depot...
