Titanium dioxide is a common white pigment, and I'd bet it's only present in the "S" marked on each candy. Probably wouldn't be that difficult to change. Even so, CA's paranoia of anything that is a "chemical" is irritating. The yummy compounds produced by grilling meat are more cancerous than some of the stuff they're banning. Oh wait, I shouldn't say that, they'll ban meat next.
