It was already Detroit in some areas when I lived there in the early 90s, Western Addition was nigger central thanks to liberals putting the projects right smack dab in the middle of formerly nice neighborhoods. There were many reports of young White women disappearing for days on end only to reappear after being gang raped by a pack of feral niggers in that project.
Gunshots were quite common (at least once a week but sometimes three or four times a week), I would know, my first apartment in S.F. was at Haight and Buchannan. Lower Haight nigger central. I didn't like niggers very much before then but after living in close proximity to them I quickly began to hate them.
