I think same will be done in the big cities, but they will go block by block, using localized lockdowns over "civil disobedience".

Feds will use BLM and ANTIFA both as a cause and support, once right wing groups decide enough is enough and intervene, feds will swoop in and arrest them. BLM and ANTIFA will be release the next day, "White Supremacists" get the Jan 6th treatment and eventually will be killed off in prison.

When I speak I'm using America as an example, but same stuff will be happening in Europe.

At least this is my idea of what to expect.
