Food producers have been "mislabeling" products since the first wheat was produced farmed, the restaurant can simply claim that "wings" is a product name like "whopper" or "big mac" and easily get away with it. FFS "Wings" is in the name of the restaurant.

I don't disagree with your logic. But that's not how it will play out. They will pay compensation and they will have to add some sort of disclaimer to their menu.
