They have a check that they perform that "isn't intended to induce" but its a possibility. Don't remember the name. They did that to someone I know, they were induced but technically they were not. So at a minimum that number is low. Ask an ob gyn what their c section rate is and watch them stumble, "I'll have to check that for you" you fuckers know damn well what it is. Home births are the way to go.
