Even if batteries were readily available (they're not) and cheap (they're not), electric cars would make no sense in Alaska. In fact, they make no sense in Arizona. They make no sense anywhere on the planet. They cost more and do less than gas-powered vehicles, and on top of that have a host of serious annoyances, problems, and limitations. Plus, they are more polluting than gas cars, when you factor in the manufacture and disposal of the batteries. EVs are a scam, just like global warming, carbon credits, and the Covid vax.

Electric cars are being pushed down our throats. They are like Chairman Mao's "Great Leap Forward" which the Chinese people never got to vote on.

The push to electric cars is to obscure the baning of private powered transport. They couldn't just come out and ban cars outright, people would notice that. So they push for "everyone" to get electric cars, then when they ban ICE cars it isn't really baning all cars... but, you won't be able to buy an electric car and if you do you won't be able to charge it and when it breaks you won't be able to get it repaired.
