How did they not file a formal complaint with the PD and sue them for civil rights violations. Also, who the hell talks to DFS without a lawyer present? The police were in the wrong and they were using the DFS to threaten them to keep quiet. If a kid can't walk the streets in a small suburban town, it is the police departments fault.
