Colorado court rules AGAINST Masterpiece Cake Shop over gender transition cake (therightscoop.com)

The Masterpiece Cake Shop is in court again after being sued by someone who wanted his cake shop to make a cake for a ‘gender transition’.

A Colorado court just ruled against Masterpiece Cake Shop, saying they conclude “the act of baking a pink cake with blue frosting does not constitute protected speech under the First Amendment”

Alliance for Defending Freedom is already appealing the ruling.

The person that hired him to make the cake was just looking for easy money.

Instead of "I don't bake cakes for trannies," he should've said "Sorry, I'm way too busy. However Bruce's Cake Shop is just a few blocks over."
