Kek, you apparently have never worked at a newspaper, all top notch reporters are absolutely horrible with both spelling and grammar. All. Of. Them. Way back in the day of print there were these magical beings called copy editors who would go over every word and letter finding every stupid error and correcting them but in today's fast paced internet blogosphere corners were cut. Spell checking is the new king. t: not a copy editor but a former Production Director and the last minute corrections to the corrections always made my day happier in so many ways.
