I look at this situation like this.... If I was going to attack a country and I had its leaders in my pocket, but I was worried about said countries armed population; I would pass laws to allow for the break down of the social structure and try to make as many people move away from the area my troops are going to land. I would also try to turn as many people against the residing civil police force that helps keep the area safe for the populous. ....I would pay drug addicts and criminals to "do their thing" as often as possible to help destabilize the area even quicker. I would then turn the power off 3 to 6 months before "landing my troops" so that once I arrive the area would be in utter chaos and the remaining population would be a simple "mop up job" for my military. Then I could focus on setting up logistical bases for my incoming troops and start moving inland to continue the conquest of the country. I was in the military for 8 years, this doesn't make me an expert on military tactics by any means...but I feel like I have a leg up over a civilian with no training....and everything except the power going out is and has been happening. The kike/commies at the W.E.F have been saying for two years that a "cyber attack" is going to take out the power grid...the west coast is in shambles and people are fleeing like its their job. So i feel like i'm pretty close to the mark with my assertions.
