its parent was supposed to attend class with it? Why are (((they))) sacrificing the education of every other kid in that school to coddle this freak?

I'm curious as to the race of the kid. My first instinct was to think he's black or mulatto.
The school is 44% black and 16% Hispanic which as we all know is a good recipe for success.
