I saw the article yesterday. Looks like they plan to sell them unbranded, and explicitly avoid paying Kanye a penny, which is in breach of his contract. They will state that he breached the contract first by spouting off his hurtful and evil comments, to which he’ll say that he said nothing factually incorrect. It will go to court, and we will see the legal system try to determine if factual statements about Jews are actually antisemetic. Could be a groundbreaking case.
