I have been pushing for stuff like this at every place I work. Anyone who has worked with a women on her period knows what it is like. I can tell when their periods are about to start. They get cranky, short, rude, etc. And they do not even realize it. I'd rather just send them home. Let them work from home or just give them some PTO.
