Fifa is the biggest sporting organisation in the world and this is the biggest tournament on par with the Olympics. Qatar used basically slave labor from poor countries to build the infrastructure and are receiving a lot of criticism. So the head of FIFA, the day before the tournament hinted that it was racist to blame Qataris and its actually Europes fault
