Can't blame a 15 year old for making a stupid decision she couldn't understand. That's why you have to be 18 to get a tattoo or buy cigarettes. The judgement has to be costly so every clinical practitioner will be too afraid to get involved in it. That will quickly shut off the pipeline without any legislation needed.
Sure , i understand and appreciate not blaming a 15 yr old for a dumb decision but as sure as sunday pancakes don't want a precedent where mentally unbalanced/ ill people are rewarded with financial disbursements for their shitty decisions that the majority People already recognize as bat shit crazy. We agree, those that enable and preformed the procedures need to be entirely shut down, stripped of licenses and prison. She doesn't deserve any financial settlement at all. Strap on titties and baggy sweatshirt she's good to go.
