Interesting, as there are literal Black hispanics. Go to Columbia, Brazil, Cuba and Dominican Republic. You'll see Blacks as dark as Nigerians who are fully Hispanic.

This was already status quo. The majority of "White" crime was hispanic or jewish crime.
