Is un/"vaccinated" (un/injected) status a protected class? AFAIK, it's perfectly legal to say anyone wearing a blue shirt gets a discount. And oh ya, buy your blue shirt here.

I went to a tourist gift shop last year and they offered a 10% discount if you could prove your vaccination status. Not only... the cashier actually inquired as to my status so I could have the "discount".
