In 2016, Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards recommended people donate to the Baton Rouge Area Foundation (BRAF) to assist flooding victims. I checked out the BRAF to see how responsible they are with donations. $47,844,388 invested in Central America/Caribbean.
