How the fuck do we have the authority to tell companies in other countries where they can fly their own aircraft? We DON'T, plain and simple. Ha, maybe!! It was sold well before the sanctions so not a condition of sale. Also, who would buy something that they told you where you could take it? Imagine buying a new ford but they try to make you sign a contract that you won't drive it in any states that don't allow abortion or some other nonsense.
