Here's my solution; you arrest them and say nothing, deport them in a transit zone where boats are waiting, old cheap tankers without owners (lots of them floating around due to covidLockdownSupplyChainFuckup), you load and lock them up inside those tankers, and it's a one way travel to the arctic circle, without heating... Buh bye...
