On the other hand, for some, reason the IRS bought over 5,000,000 rounds of ammunition...and that's a report from a few years ago. The IRS used to be a bunch of accountants and lawyers who would kill you in court and use local law enforcement to make you pay "your fair share" but now they WILL send 100 heavily armed goons to get you dead. No counter orders to stand down, just a zerg rush to take you out.

57 rounds per agent. I bet you cant teach Shaniqua to hit paper with 500 rounds let alone 57. lets say of the 87k 5k are trained well. 5k spread across the whole of the US isn't much. If you let them pick you off one at a time thats the only way they have a chance and that only works for the first few hundred people.
