That couldn't have not been less well-written and harder to understand if you couldn't write as well as they could.
I'm not even going to finish reading that.
When I read sentences like that, it almost gives me a headache, so I don't blame you.
It's just enraging that "professional journalists" routinely make mistakes like this. I was the editor for my high school newspaper, and I had very rigid guidelines that I had to enforce. Typos and improper grammar were absolutely not tolerated and would not be published.
