I learned an interesting thing from a Dutch anon in the thread that I got this from yesterday, up until July 1st the Dutch Police could be held criminally liable for harming any suspect let alone killing somebody but after the 1st will only be charged (even if they kill a Citizen) with not following proper procedure. These are extremely dark times.
