Incompent people are being elevated to positions of trust that they are completely unqualified for and unable to fulfill. They are always blacks and other non-whites -- *unless* they are obvious homosexuals, in which case whites may be hired for these jobs. The message is quite clear -- whites are to be punished, unless they pervert themselves and cease to have children.
