i mean in theory it would be a good thing to do, but when every other fucking policy is a complete farce this is not being used for what they say it is. just like in theory EUA is a good system but when the whole this is corrupted we just have to wait for the system to collapse, in the coming few years we will see just how much technology was developed without the publics knowledge hopefully its not enough to enslave all of us
