At least here in Deutschland, there was a whole lotta cheatin' going on. Fast and loose rules to make a test center business attracted shady creatures. Figure it's not that different in other countries. I blame myself for not jumping on the band wagon and helping myself to some of that sweet ZOG dough. But then again, I was busy working my butt of for sixty hours each week. Should have made the time.
