To be fair none of these are threats in the legal sense. "I am going to murder Elon Musk with a knife" comes awfully close though. I get it though, you're pointing out Twitter's hypocrisy on enforcement of its rules.

Incitement is a thing. Especially given the mental instability of the people making those threats and their presumed mentally unstable audience. Some are obviously hyperbole. Some are questionably criminal.

The bar for incitement is really high. Like if you're at a KKK rally and they're marching through a black neighborhood and yelling "kill all niggers" and you point to one and say "there's a nigger! Get him!" and hand them a loaded gun. That would be criminal incitement.
Though given the political weaponization of the criminal process as we've seen with Jan 6, you won't find me saying the things that are in these tweets. Those on the left might get away with saying these things, but you and me might be maliciously prosecuted for doing the same.
