That's not accurate. Lots of tests before you're considered and then off to okc for the academy, where you can still wash out. They lowered some standards but that was years ago. They do need lots of people though if you're young enough and want a well paying career.

It is true. I remember when they started this. They explicitly stated color and veneer was more important than education or background.
Out of nowhere it became common to get blacks, women during fight briefings. It became a topic of discussion.
