This "chip" is just the start, eventually they will track your internet usage, location data and just about everything else that they can suck up.

You can leave your phone at home but that chip goes with you everywhere.
I don't own a cell phone and there's no way I am implanting a chip. Most of my vehicles have no computers in them too....
The question is, how long before those without cell phones are forced to buy one by the government? Or by private corporations such as banks who won't do business with them unless they give them a cell number? I think that's just around the corner.

I have been saying for a while they will mandate it because it's so useful to the government. At the rate things are going I will be one of maybe three people breaking that law.

Every year that goes by they make more things I have always done illegal. Add that shit to the list but they won't be able to track me by my mandatory cell phone because I still won't have one.
