It really does depend on the population of the State / Region, in my kids class they have a homicidal tranny that they can't expel due to globo-homo laws so the parents all gathered together and forced the school to hire a full time guard / "mentor" whenever that little shit is on campus.
Parents acting together really can achieve change, especially when it's a private school and everybody threatened to move their kids somewhere else.

We have a few kids in our school that need full time aides. I want them out. They slow down the rest of the kids.
