It's just a redefinition for convenience sake. So that when Sahiqua accidently kills one of her little niglets, as they often do, she can claim it was just a very late term abortion, and they don't have to go through the process of charging her with murder. Same with nigger drive-bys in da hood. When they spray down the front of a building and accidently whack little Lashonda through the wall, they can write it off as just another abortion.
