That's been a plot line in any number of science fiction books I've read. In one (I can't remember which, though) descendants of some of the people who left Earth came back and those who had been left behind were like, "On no. You don't get to come back and fuck up the planet again after we just got done fixing things."
It's true. All of the world's problems lie in idiot second and third world invalid mongrols, mainly the middle east and Africa. Asia has its problems but they mostly keep to themselves. I'd be fine with them all staying there.. for the most part.
