The young and innocent must not be submitted to exposure to those who, via miscegenation into mongrelization or separate evolutionary path (due not to natural selection but to defective or corrupted cultural selection), entirely lack the instincts to naturally and normally interact with young children.

Usually, it has taken complete economic and cultural collapse to purge the access of those who would corrupt the young. Yet that as well results in improper reproductive interaction, ending up with squat, dark skinned people with black hair and black eyes, rudimentary social capacity and intelligence; however living among massive temples and other structures created by their ancestors, utilizing technology that not only can they not remember, nor could they possibly learn if they were told. And in these places, the final artwork of the civilization that engendered them depicts gorgeous white skinned women and savage black skinned men.

Black skin is generally the result of utterly dysgenic reproductive practices, and is not necessarily due to reproduction with sub-Saharan Africans (who are distinctly nonhuman); but may result from unregulated miscegenation among very disparate subspecies of human.

Each family, each clan, each clade, each tribe, etcetera, must not be subjected to the presence of those who are not there via any natural and normal means, but (in their current situation) placed there strategically by those who have infiltrated their civilization in the interest of its corruption, with the ultimate design of its destruction.

Ultimately, defense against this must take the form of a series of walls and laws involving eugenics, euthenics, separation, segregation, expulsion and extirpation, etcetera.
