Keante McShan is the eighth person charged with killing or shooting — or trying to shoot or kill — someone in Chicago this year while awaiting trial for a felony.
This is so fucking common, it's enraging. Almost every nigger criminal who ends up getting himself killed, or killing someone else, has a massive rap sheet- often with multiple fucking FELONIES.
I came up with a solution to this, for when I become King of the West. It's called the "Menace Policy". A variety of factors will go into determining this, but essentially whenever you are convicted of a crime, it goes on your record and increases your "menace score". If that score goes passed a certain point, say 100, you are now legally considered a "menace to society" who cannot be trusted to behave themselves.
Otherwise, what's the point of going through the investigations, arrests, and trials? We're not reforming criminals- we send them to "criminal college" where they are surrounded with scumbags, and they must behave like scumbags to survive the environment. This is "institutionalization". This little nigger was only 18 years old when he stabbed this man. 18 and charged with THREE FUCKING FELONIES, violent crimes- and he was given bail?! Absurd. This is like allowing bail on a renowned escape artist. We know what they're capable of, we have evidence of it, we see it- so they should be treated accordingly.
Being this out of control is a common nigger thing. 18 years old and three fucking felonies, absolutely unbelievable. If only they had taken ONE of those crimes seriously, that Italian man would still be alive today, and his child would still have a father.
But this is justice in America, where the fucking feelings of violent criminals matter more than actual justice. We've become too civilized. I'll bet you that this nigger targeted that man, thinking "White pepo be soft n' sheeit, I'ma rob his ass, muh dick". That's how they perceive our nice nature- as weakness.

It just doesn't work when prosecutors charge third time offenders with misdemeanors instead of Felonies. When you are king you will have to impose a system of "if a prosecutors area is overrun with criminals then off with his head!" or else nothing will ever get better.

Your remark on prosecutors made me think of another thing I'm going to do: hold judges and parole boards accountable for the crimes of obvious menaces that they release back out onto the streets. For example, that nigger who got himself shot in the back a bunch of times when he stole the taser off the cop, kicking off the Kenosha riots- that nigger was 27 years old. He had been convicted and sentenced to a total of 31 FUCKING YEARS. He should've been serving more time in prison than he had been alive... but he was not. He was not in prison the night he decided to get drunk, drive to Wendy's, pass out, and then fight the police.
Several people were involved in making the decision to unleash that animal back into society. Over 100 encounters with police on this fucker's record, and sentenced to 31 years- no sane person would let him free before serving his time. The fuckers who got that nigger out of serving his time should be held accountable for the fucking riots, because letting this nigger out was essentially like lobbing a live grenade into a crowd. And people were killed and maimed because of this.
