If you want to be race blind and distribute funds based on merit or ability or need or whatever it wouldnt be racism (though race tends to group itself in the results, genetics are what they are) but you’re just using race or skin color… How much for the whites and Asians to suppport them in football or basketball as they are underrepresented?
