Even if they got the computer for free it would not be worth the weight. It's 2mhz with 2kb of ram and weighs 70lbs and that is why no one is going to rebuild it.
Nope, the reason they won't rebuild it is because they can't, not without using a trillion $ fab to remake all the obsolete chips required.
Nope, A 2Mhz computer is fine for XYZ.T guidance when you've already done all the burn calculations back on earth, but the second reason is that they won't risk sending a human with such a low functionality system, the safety systems alone would require 10-100's of nodes
